Two ways to price your Production Pod.
Every Production Pod has a Pricing Mode. Choose the one that fits the campaign: either way the price covers the whole brief, and you see it before you invite anyone.
Your amount per creator, for the whole brief
You decide what each creator is paid for the campaign, and that amount covers the whole scope of the brief, extras included. You add the ScoutBerry Service Fee of your plan, and the creator keeps 100% of it. When creators apply, the amount is the same for everyone; when you invite them, you can change it for a single invite. Creators accept or decline it as it is. Ideal when you brief many creators at once and want one number for the whole campaign.
Next to your amount you see a range based on ScoutBerry benchmarks for the services, the market and the usage rights of your brief. If your amount sits below it, you get a warning, never a block: the choice stays yours.
Each creator's rate card, plus the ScoutBerry Service Fee
Creators price each service they offer on their rate card: a UGC video, a Reel, an extra hook, raw footage, paid usage by the month. A brief costs the sum of the items it asks for, plus the ScoutBerry Service Fee of your plan, and the creator keeps 100% of their prices. A Firm Rate is booked as it is. On Pods where you allow offers, you can Make an Offer on the items that are Open to Offers or have no price yet, and agree on it before work starts.
An offer is a private proposal to one creator, on the price and on the terms. They accept it, decline it or send a counteroffer, and nobody else sees it. A rate card is the creator's professional value: an offer is a conversation about scope and terms, never a race to the bottom.
Open doesn't mean low-cost. Open or Private is how creators reach your Pod: eligible creators apply to an Open Pod, you invite the ones you picked to a Private Pod. Either way they are paid your Campaign Rate or their own rate card, and nobody competes on price.
One deal, priced on every plan
The Service Fee is how ScoutBerry earns. You pay it on top of what the creator is paid, and it applies only to what pays the creator: their compensation, the extras they price and their usage rights. Expenses such as shipping, customs, travel, locations and props are passed through at cost, without it.
The ScoutBerry Service Fee depends on your plan: Discovery 20%, Navigator 15%, Partner 10%, Enterprise custom.
One video, an extra and two expenses
| Plan | ScoutBerry Service Fee | You pay |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery | €134 (20%) | €909 |
| Navigator | €100.50 (15%) | €875.50 |
| Partner | €67 (10%) | €842 |
On every plan the creator receives €670, all of their compensation, and the €105 of expenses are passed through at cost. The Service Fee is worked out on the compensation only, rounded to the cent, and fixed on the deal when you both agree. VAT on the Service Fee is added where it applies.
Every right, written into the deal
What you can do with the content is never implied. Each deal states the deliverables, the timing, the revisions and every right, with its platforms, months and territory. A right that is not in the Deal Terms is not granted, and nothing changes after the agreement unless you both accept a Change Request.
Where every Production Pod starts
The default terms of a new Pod, whoever you invite. Change any of them in the wizard before you invite or publish.
What you can add, term by term
Each one priced on the creator's rate card, covered by your Campaign Rate, or agreed in a private proposal.
After the agreement: Change Requests
An extra deliverable, a new deadline, more months of a right: you or the creator open a Change Request. The other side accepts, declines or counters, the contract gets an addendum, and only the difference is charged, with the Service Fee only on what pays the creator.
Creators keep copyright
You receive the licence the Deal Terms describe, the creator keeps the copyright and a credited spot in their ScoutBerry portfolio. Buying the copyright outright is a custom agreement.
Everything extra, in the price you agree
A second hook, the raw files, another cut: add them to the deliverables of your Pod and the price you agree covers them. On a Campaign Rate Pod your amount pays for the whole scope, extras included, so there is nothing to add later.
On a Creator Rate Pod each creator prices the extras on their rate card, or you agree them in a private proposal. ScoutBerry never sets a price of its own for them: the ScoutBerry Service Fee of your plan is added on top, and the summary shows the total in euro before you send.
Creative extras
More versions of the same video, priced by each creator.
An extra revision round stays inside the original brief. It can’t be used to buy a new concept or a full reshoot.
Timing and production costs
What the shoot itself asks for, written into the Deal Terms.
Travel, locations, props, shipping and customs are passed through at their cost as expenses of the deal: an estimate or a fixed amount charged when the creator agrees, a reimbursement on receipts up to a cap, or paid by you directly. The Service Fee never applies to them, and a creator never spends their own money on your product. A faster delivery is a shorter delivery time the creator accepts in the Deal Terms, never a surcharge.
How you pay for all of it
You pay in euro, per deal. Add a card or a SEPA Direct Debit mandate to your workspace once, and each Mission is charged to it when its creator agrees. There is nothing to buy in advance, no balance to keep funded and nothing that expires.
Deal Terms agreed
The creator accepts your invite, you select their application, or one of you accepts the other's last proposal.
Deal Summary and contract
Every term and the total in one summary, and a contract generated from it that both of you accept online.
One charge in euro
The compensation, the Service Fee of your plan and any upfront expenses, on your workspace's card or SEPA mandate.
Approval, then payout
The creator is paid once you approve the delivery. If you stay silent past the review window, it approves itself.
One charge per agreement
Inviting creators charges nothing. Each Mission is charged when its creator accepts, and when you select several applicants at once they are paid in a single charge.
Refunds go back where they came from
If a creator drops out, the Mission is refunded in full to the payment method you paid with, and a refund never touches your other Missions.
Everything on one page
Every payment, refund and document is on your Payments page, with a link to complete any payment that is still waiting for you.
Without a payment method on your workspace, we ask you to add one and bring you back to the Pod. If your bank asks you to confirm a payment, the Mission waits for it with a payment link. The price you both accepted is locked to that Mission, even if a rate card changes later.
Put the video on the creator’s own profile
An Awareness Pod publishes a video you already produced on the creator’s own account. It’s a separate collaboration with the same creator: compensation, platform, duration and any exclusivity are agreed with them for that video.
You send the creator a private offer with the compensation and the terms you need. They can accept it, decline it or counter on any term, and the ScoutBerry Service Fee of your plan is added to the compensation you agree.
Each publication is agreed with the creator, platform by platform, and the creator is free to accept or decline. You’re paying for a publication on the creator’s profile, not for guaranteed views, engagement or sales.
Send your product to creators who want it
Two clear modes, chosen when you create the Pod and shown to both sides. PR Gifting sends your product with no content promised. A Gifted Collaboration trades the product for deliverables you agree, with Deal Terms and a contract.
Only creators who are Open to Gifted / PR receive them, and their address is shared only with their consent. There is no Service Fee on the gifting itself; if a Gifted Collaboration also pays a compensation, the fee of your plan applies to that compensation only.
Included with Partner and Enterprise.
Creator tiers show experience, never a price
Sprout, Scout and Ranger are earned through completed work and ratings, so you can see a creator's track record before you invite them. A tier never sets what a creator is paid: that is your Campaign Rate or the creator's rate card.

On The Roster, the Campaign Match Score helps you compare creators for a brief. It is decision support, never a ranking of people, and creators never see it.
Creators never pay to work or to be paid
Creator Free has no platform fee on the creator's side and no subscription: the Service Fee is paid by the brand, on top of the compensation. A brand invited by a creator it already works with, through Bring Your Own Brand, pays 0% platform fee on their Private Pods together. With every other creator, its plan's ordinary Service Fee applies.
Payment processing, payouts, currency conversion and taxes are separate and depend on your provider and your country.
Choose your tools. Reduce your Service Fee.
You can produce on the free plan forever. Plans are billed in euro and buy intelligence, organisation and support, and each one sets the ScoutBerry Service Fee you pay on top of what creators earn: Discovery 20%, Navigator 15%, Partner 10%, Enterprise custom.
