What every video includes, at every tier
The same scope whether you brief a Sprout or a Ranger. Anything beyond this list is an add-on with its own price, shown before you order.
The 7 day clock starts once the creator has accepted, the brief is final, your product has arrived where one is needed and your brand materials are available. Creator mistakes are corrected free of charge and don’t use up your two rounds.
Everything extra, with a price on it
A longer cut, a second hook, a shoot that needs a location or a guest. Each one adds Berry to the video you’re already ordering, and you see the total before you send the invitation.
Creative add-ons
More running time, more versions, more languages.
An extra revision round stays inside the original brief. It can’t be used to buy a new concept or a full reshoot.
Speed, places and people
What the shoot itself asks for. Percentages apply to the production subtotal.
Travel is the documented transport cost plus 60 Berry, and any venue is prepaid by you. A creator never spends their own money on your product, props or travel. Rush has to be accepted by the creator, and a shoot with three or more logistical requirements goes to a quick manual review first.
You see the whole bill first
Every line item and the total sit in front of you before an invitation goes out. When the creator accepts, that exact amount is reserved from your Basket and nothing moves again until you approve the video.

How you pay for all of it
Berry is ScoutBerry’s in-app currency, and one Berry is worth €1. Top up your Basket in euro, then spend Berry on videos, higher creator tiers, add-ons and reposts. Every euro adds one Berry, and larger top-ups add bonus Berry on top. The rate is the same on every plan, Discovery included.

Berry last 12 months
Purchased and bonus Berry expire 12 months after the transaction, and your Basket always spends the ones expiring first. We remind you well before that.
No plan changes the rate
A subscription never makes Berry cheaper. Bonus Berry come from the size of the top-up, and packs are available on every plan.
One Berry is always worth €1. Berry is prepaid platform credit, not cash: it can’t be withdrawn, sold or transferred between unrelated accounts.
Put the video on the creator’s own profile
A Replant publishes a video you already produced on the creator’s own account, which licenses their audience as well as the video. It’s a separate product, paid in Berry, priced by the creator’s follower band on the platform you pick. The base buys 12 months of organic presence on one platform.

Three levers on top of the base
Pick any combination. They add up against the base rather than multiplying each other, and the creator’s share moves by exactly the same amount.
A 12 month repost is already in the base price, so duration is a simple choice: keep it, or make it permanent. A permanent repost can’t be undone, so it needs the creator’s connected account or a signed agreement. Exclusivity has to name a narrow category. Once the levers push a Replant past roughly three times its base, it leaves self-service and we quote it.
An example. A Micro creator with 32,000 followers is 199 Berry. Make the repost permanent and add 30 days of category exclusivity, and the multiplier is 1 + 1.00 + 0.50 = 2.50, so the Replant costs 500 Berry. The creator’s payout moves by the same 2.50, which is why our share never grows when you ask for more.
Each price covers one platform. Follower counts are never added up across platforms, so a creator can be Micro on Instagram and Mid on TikTok, and is free to accept one and decline the other. You’re buying audience access, not guaranteed views, engagement or sales.

Unlimited organic use
Post it on your own channels as often and as long as you like. There is no end date on organic use.
Twelve months of paid ads
Run it from your own advertising accounts for a full year. After that, ask us for an extension: the creator can accept, and we quote it case by case.
Creators keep copyright
You receive the licence, the creator keeps the copyright and a credited spot in the ScoutBerry portfolio. Buying the copyright outright is a custom agreement.
A Production Pod licenses the video. Putting it on the creator’s own profile is a Replant, and that is priced separately. Renewals and extensions always run through ScoutBerry, so the creator stays paid and protected.
