More control over your creative career.
Your rates, your choice
Set your own prices for content creation, define optional services and decide which offers work for you.
Campaign opportunities
Discover Open Pod opportunities with defined compensation and apply to campaigns that match your skills, availability and interests.
Reputation that grows with you
Earn Sprout, Scout and Ranger recognition through your experience and performance. Your reputation helps you stand out without limiting your rates.
Fair and transparent collaborations
Review compensation, scope, usage rights and deadlines before accepting a project. ScoutBerry does not deduct its Service Fee from your agreed compensation.
Everything you need to work and get paid, free.
With Creator Free there is no platform fee on your side: ScoutBerry never takes a cut of the compensation you agree, and you need no subscription to get Missions, negotiate, sign, deliver or get paid. Nothing paid ever reaches matching: no creator can buy a better place, a higher Match Score or a tier.
Payment processing, payouts, currency conversion and taxes are separate and depend on your provider and your country.
Public portfolio
A free page at your username with your work, your tier and your reviews, to share with any client. You publish it yourself, with or without the marketplace, and it never changes how brands find you.
Catalogue and packages
Your services and packages at the prices you set, for brands to book. Retainers with your own clients stay yours: ScoutBerry never invoices them nor takes a cut.
Verified experience
Claim up to five projects you did outside ScoutBerry and have them checked by hand. A badge beside your tier: it never changes your tier or your Match Score.
Pip AI
Your assistant for briefs, ideas, scripts and the organization of your work, on ScoutBerry and on your own projects.
External projects
Keep the work you find outside ScoutBerry next to your Missions: clients, deliverables and the rights you granted.
Rights and calendar
Every right you granted and every deadline you have, in one place, with a reminder before your own deliverables come due.
Insights
What you earned month by month, your Missions and your progress to the next tier.
Gift Board
Prizes awarded on merit, with public criteria, and a Rising Talent path for excellent work on a few projects. A prize is a direct benefit, never a currency.
Bring the brands you already work with
Invite an organization you already work with outside ScoutBerry. If it was never on ScoutBerry and joins through your invite, your Private Pods together carry 0% platform fee, on either side. With every other creator the brand works on its plan's ordinary terms. It is a workspace for your existing clients, not a prize.
Payment processing, payouts, currency conversion and taxes are separate and depend on your provider and your country.
Brands our creators have already collaborated with
From beauty and fashion to tech and travel. Real names, already in their portfolios.
Four steps to your next collaboration.
From building your profile to getting paid, this is the whole journey.
Every deal, on paper, before you start
You see exactly what you are agreeing to: the deliverables, the deadlines, the revisions and every right the brand gets, with its platforms, months and territory. Nothing is implied, and you keep your copyright.
Negotiate price and terms
On the items you mark Open to Offers, brands send you private proposals: you accept, decline or counter, on the price and on the terms, such as the deadline, the months of paid usage or the exclusivity. Work starts only when you both accept the same version.
A contract for every deal
When you accept, you accept the contract generated from the Deal Terms, online, in your language. It is stored with the deal, and the brand accepts the same document.
Changes go through you
If the brand wants more after the agreement, they send a Change Request: you accept, decline or counter, and an extra is paid on top. You can ask for more time to deliver the same way.
Your profile, your terms
Brands can ask you to post an approved video on your own profile, or to run it as Spark Ads. It is a separate offer, with its own compensation, platform, months and live period, and you are free to accept, decline or counter.
You decide when you are available
Two switches on your profile, separate from your prices.
Switch it off and brands stop sending you invites and briefs, while your profile stays visible as not available. It switches off by itself after 30 days without activity.
Switch it on to receive Gifted Pods: products sent as PR with no content promised, or Gifted Collaborations that trade a product for deliverables you agree. Your address is shared only with your consent.
FAQs
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. With Creator Rate, you define your individual prices, optional services and commercial preferences. You can also consider campaigns with a predefined Campaign Rate.
Do I have to accept a Campaign Rate offer?
No. You decide which campaigns to apply for or accept. Every opportunity shows the relevant compensation and scope before you commit.
Does ScoutBerry take a commission from my earnings?
The ScoutBerry Service Fee is charged to the brand. You keep your full agreed creator compensation, subject to any applicable taxes or payment-provider charges.
Do my Sprout, Scout or Ranger badges determine my prices?
No. They recognise your reputation and experience, but your pricing remains independent.
Can I also earn from content published on my social profiles?
Yes. Eligible collaborations may include an Awareness Pod, where publishing, whitelisting and other audience-related rights are agreed separately.
Do I pay anything to use ScoutBerry?
No. Creator Free includes everything you need to work and get paid: Missions, negotiation, contracts, payments, rights, your public portfolio, Pip AI, the calendar and your insights. There is no platform fee on your compensation and no subscription. Payment processing, payouts, currency conversion and taxes are separate and depend on your provider and your country.
Is the public portfolio really free?
Yes. Your portfolio is part of Creator Free: a page at your username with the work you choose to show. You can publish it without joining the marketplace, and join the marketplace later, or never.
Can I sell packages and keep my own clients?
Yes. Your catalogue lists your services and packages at your prices, and brands book a package with a brief. Your own clients, their proposals and your retainers stay yours: ScoutBerry never invoices them and takes nothing from them.
What is Bring Your Own Brand?
A way to bring a brand you already work with onto ScoutBerry. If the organization was never on ScoutBerry and registers through your invite, your Private Pods together carry 0% platform fee on either side. With every other creator the brand pays its plan's ordinary Service Fee. Payment processing, payouts, currency conversion and taxes are separate.
Do I need a big following?
No. We match on craft, fit and reliability rather than follower count. Reach only matters if you agree to publish a brand's video on your own profile.
Who owns my content?
You do. You keep the copyright and grant the brand only the usage rights written in the Deal Terms of that collaboration, which you see before you accept, plus a credited spot in your ScoutBerry portfolio. Anything beyond that is a separate, paid agreement.
How and when do I get paid?
The brand pays when the deal is agreed, before you start. Once your work is approved, the compensation you agreed lands in your wallet in euro, with any approved expenses, and you request a payout when you like. If a brand stays silent for 1 day after you deliver, the work approves itself.
When can I withdraw what I earned?
Once your compensation is available in your wallet, you request a withdrawal. Before the first one we ask for your identity and bank details, and a withdrawal takes a few business days to reach your account: available means you can withdraw it.
What do Firm Rate and Open to Offers mean?
Each item of your rate card is one or the other. A Firm Rate is booked as it is. On an item that is Open to Offers, or that you left without a price, a brand on a Creator Rate Pod that allows offers can Make an Offer: a private proposal with a different price, which you are free to accept or decline. You can change each item any time from your profile.
How do offers and counteroffers work?
A brand sends an offer with a deadline, on the price and on the terms. You can accept it, decline it or answer with a counteroffer, and the brand can do the same. Each side has a limited number of counteroffers, and work starts only once you both accept the same version. On a Campaign Rate Pod there are no offers: you accept or decline the amount the brand set.
Who pays for travel, props or shipping?
The brand. Expenses are written into the Deal Terms apart from your compensation: an amount agreed upfront, or a reimbursement of your receipts up to a cap. You never spend your own money on a brand's product.
How do I move up from Sprout to Scout and Ranger?
By completing collaborations, delivering on time, finishing the Missions you accept and keeping your ratings up; Ranger also asks for a short verification call. Your profile shows what the next tier asks for. A tier shows your track record to brands and never sets your price.
How do I earn more over time?
Raise your rate card prices as your portfolio and ratings grow, offer more services such as extra hooks or paid usage, and publish on your own profile when a brand asks and the terms suit you. Reaching Scout and Ranger shows brands your track record, and ratings and reliability are what move you up.
Your next collaboration starts with you.
