The Roster is the network of approved creators, with their rate cards and their track record. Search it as you would brief it, open a profile, and invite the creator to a Pod or send a private offer from there.
Filter by service and by price, straight from the creators' rate cards, by tier, market, language and niche.
See who is Available for Projects, Open to Offers or Open to Gifted / PR before you reach out.
Each profile shows the rate card, the portfolio, the reviews and the track record: on-time deliveries, completed Missions and rating.

Set up the Pod
Create a Pod: Open or Private, Campaign Rate or Creator Rate, then the brief and its Deal Terms, with deliverables, timing, revisions and rights. The defaults suit most campaigns.

Invite them from The Roster, let eligible creators apply, or let The Compass shortlist the best fits with its reasons.

Agree and pay
The Deal Summary shows every term and the total. You both accept the contract generated from it, and the deal is charged in euro.

Review and run
Each creator delivers, you ask for revisions within the terms and approve. Change Requests cover anything new along the way.

Every collaboration runs on its Deal Terms, from the first proposal to the last licence. When something changes, it changes on the record.
Change Requests
Need another cut, a later deadline or more months of paid ads? Open a Change Request: the creator accepts, declines or counters, the contract gets an addendum and only the difference is charged.
Awareness, negotiated
Want an approved video on the creator's own profile, or as Spark Ads? Send them a private offer with the compensation, the platform, the months and the territory. They accept, decline or counter any term.
Gifted Pods
Send your product to creators who are Open to Gifted / PR: PR Gifting with no content promised, or a Gifted Collaboration for deliverables you agree. Included with Partner and Enterprise.

FAQs
How do I find creators?
Browse The Roster and filter by service, price, tier, market, language and availability, then invite the creators you like to a Private Pod. Or publish an Open Pod and choose among the eligible creators who apply. With a Pod in mind, the Campaign Match Score helps you compare them.
What is the Campaign Match Score?
A score of how well a creator fits one brief, built from the category and style, the market and language, availability, the track record and experience with similar work, with the main reasons. It supports your choice and is never a ranking of people. Creators never see it.
Campaign Rate or Creator Rate: which one?
A Campaign Rate is one amount per creator that you set for the whole brief, next to a Recommended Campaign Budget: creators accept or decline it. A Creator Rate books each creator at the prices of their rate card, and on items that are Open to Offers you can send a private proposal. Either way the Service Fee of your plan is added on top.
What do I pay, and when?
Nothing until a deal is agreed. Then the Mission is charged in euro, on your card or SEPA Direct Debit mandate: the creator's compensation, any upfront expenses at cost and the ScoutBerry Service Fee of your plan, which applies to the compensation only. Every amount is on the Deal Summary before you confirm.
Which usage rights do I get?
Exactly the ones in the Deal Terms: organic use, paid usage, whitelisting or Spark Ads, editing, territory, exclusivity and live period, each with its months and platforms. A new Pod starts from unlimited organic use on your channels, worldwide, and you add the rest.
Can I change the scope after the agreement?
Yes, with a Change Request: an extra deliverable, another deadline or more months of a right. The creator accepts, declines or counters, the contract gets an addendum and only the difference is charged.
Can the creator post the video on their own profile?
Yes, through an Awareness Pod: a separate private offer to the same creator, with the compensation, the platform, the months, the territory and any exclusivity you negotiate. You pay for a publication, never for guaranteed views.
A creator I already work with invited me. What changes?
That is Bring Your Own Brand. If your organization was never on ScoutBerry and you register through the invite, ScoutBerry imports your relationship with that creator: your Private Pods together carry 0% platform fee. With every other creator, and on Pods open to applications, your plan's Service Fee applies as usual. Payment processing, payouts, currency conversion and taxes are separate.
Can we book a creator's package?
Yes. Packages are bundles of services at a price the creator sets. You request one with a brief and it opens a Private Pod with that creator, at the package's price and scope, before anything is charged.
What does a verified-projects badge mean?
ScoutBerry checked by hand that the creator worked on those projects outside the platform. It sits beside the tier and never changes the tier, the Match Score or who you are shown; the evidence stays private.
Who in my team can commit spend?
On plans with the team workflow, the owners and admins decide which roles may commit spend and set a threshold above which a deal needs their approval. On the other plans, whoever confirms a deal commits its spend.
