Bring the brief
Add the client objective, market, creator profile, script and production requirements.
Creator sourcing in one tab. Briefs in another. Feedback in email. Files in Drive. Payments in spreadsheets.
TikTok, Instagram, databases, last year's contact list. Every new campaign starts from scratch.
DMs, emails and reminders just to learn who saw the message and who might take the job.
The same brief, copied, adapted and re-explained creator by creator.
Briefs in Docs. Notes in Slack. Feedback in email. Final files in Drive or WeTransfer.
Spreadsheets just to know who accepted, who is producing and who already delivered.
More volume means more tabs, more follow-ups, and more people whose only job is coordination.
5 tools. 14 tabs.
Endless follow-ups.
One workflow.
Every creator under control.

Access vetted local creators across Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom, without having to rebuild your roster market by market.
Create one Pod with the shared script and requirements, then send it to multiple creators. Every creator receives a separate Mission you can track.
Mellow AI turns a client request into a brief with its Deal Terms, checks whether the budget is realistic and explains each creator's Match Score, while The Compass shortlists with its reasons.
Track invitations, Deal Terms, contracts, delivery, revisions, approval and payment without stitching together five different tools, and change the scope with a Change Request when the client does.
Four steps. Your agency keeps the client relationship; ScoutBerry runs the creator workflow underneath.
Add the client objective, market, creator profile, script and production requirements.
Save the shared brief once and reuse or duplicate it for another market, product or content wave.
Browse The Roster or let Mellow and The Compass surface creators that fit. Send the Pod to several creators in one action.
Each creator assignment has its own status, delivery, revisions, approval and payout, while the agency keeps the campaign view.
Produce with vetted creators in Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. Filter by language, market, niche and creator tier, then expand without rebuilding the process from scratch.
Native Italian creators
Native Spanish creators
Native English creators
Filter The Roster by service, price and availability, compare creators with the Campaign Match Score, and let The Compass shortlist with a line of reasoning per creator. No more comparing profiles across tabs or chasing replies.
Save the brief structure and duplicate a Pod for the next client, market or content wave. The second campaign costs a fraction of the first in agency time.
Track agreed creator compensation, ScoutBerry Service Fees and approved campaign expenses across your Pods and Missions. Keep budgets and deliverables visible throughout the workflow, with pricing confirmed before production begins.
Sprout, Scout and Ranger give your team visibility into creator experience and reliability, while Campaign Rate and Creator Rate let you choose the commercial structure that best fits each client needs.
Partner gives your team Mellow AI, a Pod Strategist, the team workflow with spend approvals and Gifted Pods, while you own the campaign. Enterprise opens up a custom Service Fee, payment by invoice, SLAs, integrations and a fully-managed setup where we run the creator execution alongside you.

Collaborations are priced in real currency. Subscriptions pay for intelligence, organisation and support, and lower the Service Fee on creator compensation.
Yes. Organise each client and campaign through separate Pods today. Formal multi-client workspaces and permission controls are part of the agency-native roadmap and can be discussed for Enterprise.
No. Discovery provides access to the ScoutBerry self-service workflow, with a 20% Service Fee on creator compensation. Paid plans unlock additional tools and lower Service Fees.
Each Pod has a Pricing Mode. Campaign Rate pays each creator the amount you set for the campaign, next to a Recommended Campaign Budget from ScoutBerry benchmarks, and covers the whole brief, extras included. Creator Rate pays each creator's rate card prices for the brief. Either way the creator keeps 100% of their compensation, you add the ScoutBerry Service Fee of your plan and you see the full price before anything is charged, so you can quote your client with confidence.
No. Sprout, Scout and Ranger indicate reputation and experience. Pricing is determined by the chosen Pricing Mode and the agreed terms.
Only through the Service Fee. Each plan sets the ScoutBerry Service Fee you pay on top of what creators earn (Discovery 20%, Navigator 15%, Partner 10%, Enterprise custom), and creators are paid the same on every plan.
No. There is no balance or credit to buy: you add a card or a SEPA Direct Debit mandate once, and each Mission is charged in euro when its creator agrees.
The ones written in the Deal Terms of each deal: organic use, paid usage, whitelisting or Spark Ads, editing, territory, exclusivity and live period, each with its months and platforms. Each deal has a contract both sides accept, and the licences follow its terms, so you can quote them to your client as they are.
Open a Change Request on the Mission: an extra cut, another deadline or more months of a right. The creator accepts, declines or counters, the contract gets an addendum and only the difference is charged.
Yes. Build a Production Pod, choose Private selection and invite the creators you want. Alternatively, launch an Open Pod and review applications.
Search The Roster by service, price, tier, market and language. With a Pod in mind, the Campaign Match Score shows how well each creator fits the brief, with the reasons: decision support for your shortlist, never a ranking of people.
Yes. The launch network focuses on Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom, with language and market filters plus AI matching.
Yes, with the team workflow: owners and admins decide which roles may commit spend and set a threshold above which a deal waits for their approval.
Fully-managed execution is available only through a custom Enterprise quote. Partner includes guidance and a dedicated contact, but your agency remains the campaign owner.
Collaborations are priced in real currency. The agreed creator compensation, the ScoutBerry Service Fee and any approved additional costs are shown before confirmation.
